This short doc Addicted Innocence shows young addicts in the Indian capital New Delhi, from the tracks of Paharganj to the slums of Nizamuddin. Many kids living there are addicted to smack, a cheap and adulterated form of heroin.

Some centres are dedicated to their rehabilitation.

But with limited resources, these centres have little choice but send the kids back to the streets after some months, where some become addicted again.

I shared responsibilities across directing, shooting and editing.
